Step Two, Option One - ‘Walk & Talk’

During this 45-minute session, we will walk your home together. Based on the goals set during your consultation, KO Home Styling, LLC will provide feedback and suggestions to improve your home’s flow, function, and feel.

You’ll have ample opportunity to ask questions. Have your notebook or tablet ready to take as many notes as you’d like. After the session, you’ll be equipped with a clear direction to start your fresh chapter!

‘Walk & Talk’ investment is $105. Full payment collected upon arrival.

Step Two, Option Two - ‘The Proposal’

During this 60-minute meeting, we will walk your home together. Based on the goals set during your consultation, KO Home Styling, LLC will provide feedback and suggestions to improve your home’s flow, function, and feel.

You’ll have ample opportunity to ask questions. You may take as many notes as you’d like; however, you may also sit back, and let us do the scribing. In addition to the ‘walk and talk’ portion of the session, KO Home Styling, LLC will take pictures and make notes of suggestions. These pictures and suggestions will be compiled into a proposal and will be emailed to you. After the session, you’ll be equipped with a clear direction and plan to start your fresh chapter!

‘Proposal’ investment is $225. Full payment collected upon arrival.

Step Two, Option Three - ‘The Project’

We will walk your home together, and you’ll have ample opportunity to ask questions. Based on the goals set during your consultation, KO Home Styling, LLC will provide feedback and create a plan to improve the flow, function, and feel of your home.

Whether it’s arranging furniture, organizing a space, or purchasing artwork, KO Home Styling, LLC will do all of the heavy lifting. After the session, you’ll be equipped with a plan, and we will help kickstart your fresh chapter!

‘Proposal’ investment varies based on scope of project. Payment of $225 is collected upon arrival; additional payments and terms will be set in the contract.
